The sea bream is a coastal species mostly found along the Mediterranean coasts, in the Eastern Atlantic Ocean, and the red sea. Its scientific name is Sparus aurata and it belongs to the Sparidae family. Farmed sea bream has all-white, solid flesh and in comparison with other species of the same size, the bones are easily separated from the flesh due to a higher flesh/bone ratio. It is also known as fish with high omega-3 (ω-3) fatty acids and a high omega 3 (ω-3) to omega 6 (ω-6) ratio.

Epinephelus marginatus is a species of marine ray-finned fish, a grouper from the subfamily Epinephelinae which is part of the family Serranidae. These species are the best-known grouper species of the Mediterranean Sea and North Africa coast. The meat is very firm, white, and flaky. Its mild flavor makes it ideal for recipes with minimal ingredients that let the taste of the fish shine through. Grouper can be grilled, baked, broiled, steamed, fried… the options are endless!
There are some other cases of aquaculture species like Dentex or Grouper but they are still in research procedure for which we try to be updated and ready to invest.
